Department of Economics

The Department of Economics came into existence in the year 1963 when the B.A.- Program of study was introduced in the college. The department is a post-graduate department with three full-time faculty members and one adjunct faculty. Various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as per university-prescribed syllabus, leading to B.A. and M.A. degrees are taught in the department. Besides UG and PG- courses, add-on courses are also taught in the department.
