It is a comprehensive report of 5-academic years of an institution, prepared by the institution, describing various educational processes such as curriculum coverage, teaching –learning processes, learning outcomes, quality of faculty, research-outcomes, infrastructure, resources of learning, organizational governance, student-services and financial well-being of the institution. It is an elaborate report, describing various academic and non-academic work-processes with outcomes and adopted methodologies, for assessment of the institution by NAAC.
